Precision Casting :

Castings of high quality surface and precision size can be produced by the
production line of silicone sol cavity with annual output of 500 metric tons. The products size accuracy can be up to class CT3 - CT6, surface roughness up to
Ra1.6 ~ Ra6.3 andcasting weight ranges from 5g ~ 8,000g.

We adopt investment casting technologies not only SODIUM SILICATE(water glass) , but also SILICA GEL,with some major advanced equipment .Our main products include stainless steel, various carbons steel, low alloy, alloy & tool steel investment castings for various machine spare parts : hardware tooling , textile machine , architecture , car , motorcycle , computerized flat knitting machine , socks machine , medicine machine ,industry sewing machine,Mechanical Seal etc. Our capacity of output reaches one million and six hundred thousand parts monthly .We currently sell our products to domestic market and Japan ,U.S.A , Europe countries etc.

The types of materials that can be cast are Aluminum alloys, Bronzes, tool steels, stainless steels, Stellite, Hastelloys, and precious metals. Parts made with investment castings often do not require any further machining because investment casting can control the close tolerances itself.
