Tests including internal lab test and the third party(ISO17025) test, like dimensionnal, chemical composition, corrosion resistant properties, mechanical properties, water test and NDE inspection: such as MT, UT, X-ray will be applied as per international standards, or by client's special instructions.

 

Inspection/Test equipments include: Toolmaker Microscope, Optical Profile Measuring System, Dialgage, Mitutoyo Caliper, Mitutoyo Gauge Block Set, Thread Gage, Hardness Scale, Portable Surface Roughness Measuring Gage, Spring Load Tester, Light Band Tester ect.
