Our main activities are manufacturing general tooling, fixtures, high precision machining parts, no matter small or medium volumes, local or worldwide customers, providing cost effective machined parts that meet specification on time. At Ningbo CNC Machining Co,Ltd, we use CNC lathes, CNC vertical mills, horizontal mills and drilling machines to remove steel, iron, brass, aluminum, engineering plastics. More equipments inculde circular grinding, centreless grinding, surface grinding, digital linear cutting machine. We also machine precision finished parts from near net shapes such as forgings, extrusions, castings, die-castings, investment castings. For example, pump body, pump impeller etc. All of our processes are designed according to ISO 9001:2000 quality system. Any defects found are followed up with problem analysis and corrective actions. We are always striving for continuous improvement of our quality, costs and on time delivery.
